Le Lion Blanc de Saint-Marc is Didier’s latest expression of this full-bodied Gravel vineyard energy, captured in a dry whiteGraves from 30 year old estate-grown vines.
The vineyard is made of high quality grapes for the dry white, characterized by good ripeness. This is a unique blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris cold-macerated in stainless steel, then barrel-fermented and aged on the lees in new French Oak for 6 months.
